Writing Reviews

Review writers have a big job to do. They go watch movies, eat at restaurants, play games and read books too. After that they write their opinion about them and even try to convince us.
Students in 1B are learning how to write reviews. They plan, write, give reasons and examples to be more convincing. 

I look forward to their completed pieces reviewing; a hotel in Paris, a trip to the Maldives, best pizza in Riyadh, a motorcycle show in Dubai, also comparing two fast food restaurants to name a few!!





In Words Their Way, we started a new sort and recognized the spelling pattern.

In Math, we explored balance using a pan balance..

In STEM, we learned that a parachute uses air resistance and wrote about it.

Ms. Cherry taught us a Mandarin song, it was not EASY!!!
